Heath-Spotted Orchid - Dactylorhiza maculata - Peak District National Park, England.

An uncommon species with the Peak District where it favours remote moorland bog and wet flushes. It is commonly mistaken for the Common Spotted Orchid though the indented middle sepal is diagnostic in identifying the species.

Canon 5D  - 300mm f/4L IS lens - f/5.6 @ 1/320 sec.  - ISO100 - Canon Angle-Finder C - Beanbag.
