Geoff will spending a considerable amount of time over the next 2-years photographing one of the world's rarest and critically endangered feline mammals, the elusive Iberian Lynx - Lynx pardinus in a wetland region in southern Spain. There are thought to less than 100 individuals left in the wild from two small populations. There is a very real possibility that this could the first feline species since the Sabre-Tooth Tiger became extinct in 2,000 years. The WWF, Spanish Government along with the Large Carnivore Initiative for Europe (LCIE) are working tirelessly to save this species. This extensive conservation-based project will be presented as a series of podcasts broadcasted throughout 2009 and available through Apple iTunes.
