I run one-to-one tuition courses and workshops throughout the year, covering both wildlife, landscape and technical themes here in the United Kingdom and photographic opportunity tours to southern Portugal. I have recently joined the team at Calumet as a training partner, providing outstanding field-based photographic courses. My goal is to inspire fellow nature and landscape photographers, to build confidence and impart my knowledge in both photographic techniques and field craft in an easy going, friendly manner and with an 80% repeat business clientele, I have a formula that is proven to work.

My training standards are recognised by the Welsh Assembly and Peak District National Park Authority, having been the photography course tutor for 3-years at Losehill Hall Field Study Centre. I have lectured and led field trips for students attending Blackpool & Fylde College - BA (Hon's) Wildlife Photography course and was privileged to lead a field-based workshop for members of the management of outdoor clothing company, Paramo. I have also presented my work to many conservation and natural history groups and several corporate companies, notably Astra Zeneca International, Rolls Royce and Small Luxury Hotel Group have engaged my services.

As the first professional wildlife/nature photographer in the UK to advertise one-to-one tuition courses. I provided expert tuition of the highest standard in some of Britain's most outstanding locations within the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales where I demonstrate tried and tested photographic techniques. Importantly the day is all about you getting the most out of your hard earned cash and some great images and leaving feeling inspired and confident. It is my aim to offer only the highest standard of photographic opportunity and tuition in a friendly, constructive and encouraging manner. I cater for all standards from absolute beginners to advanced photographers, from all walks of life, social backgrounds, race and creed. I prefer to work with open-minded people, willing to learn, be inspired and passionate about the natural world and photography.
